Navpreet is a Finance Transformation Leader with global experience spanning India, Australia, US, UK, Hong Kong, and Middle East. A qualified accountant affiliated with professional bodies in India and US, he is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (GARP) and Information Systems Auditor (CISA). With a background in risk management and IT services, Navpreet specializes in modernizing finance functions, responsible AI innovation, and program delivery. 

Outside of his advisory role in banking and insurance, Navpreet is grateful for the vibrant community he calls home in Sydney. His commitment to youth development is long-standing, ranging from previous voluntary work educating underprivileged children to his current mentorship roles with Scouts Australia. 

On a personal note, he cherishes exploring the outdoors, often capturing these moments through his interest in photography. Whether designing finance architecture or executing a DIY project at home, he brings passion to both his work and hobbies.
