Dilip is a qualified accountant and SAP-certified professional with over 18 years of post-qualification experience across all facets of accounting, auditing, leadership, financial reporting, compliance, risk management, forecasting, budgeting, statutory reporting, and tax. For the past five years, he has been working with the NSW Police Force, following a career with multinational companies such as ALDI, Nestlé, Goodman Fielder, Accenture, Hero MotoCorp, and the National Children's Research Centre, consistently demonstrating a high level of professional integrity and resilience.

Dilip is a Fellow of CPA Australia and Chartered Accountants Ireland. He also holds a Chartered Tax Advisor designation (Ireland) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Throughout his career, Dilip has held several executive and leadership roles. He has successfully mentored many young professionals, helping them secure positions in the public sector and to choose accounting as a career.
