Ritesh Lekhak is a good standing member of ICAI, India and CPA, Australia. He has overseas professional certifications in Law (LLB, Mumbai University), Company Secretary (ICSI, India) Financial Risk Management (GARP, USA). Ritesh is a seasoned professional with 2 decades of experience in the banking sector across India, Bahrain and Australia. His area of expertise has revolved around product rollouts, strategic initiatives and change management and he has developed strengths in collaboration and stakeholder management, including discussions with Regulators.

Outside of his work and family, Ritesh enjoys reading and connecting with people in social as well as professional settings. He believes we are all ‘fellow passengers’ on the journey called ‘Life’ and can only hope to amass a fraction of the knowledge that we possess as a group.

Ritesh is an ardent believer of the Kaizen principles and strives to make measurable improvements at regular intervals.
