Vanessa Menezes is a senior finance and grants professional with over 20 years of experience across public practice, corporate accounting and taxation, and program funding. Her career includes roles with EY and Findex, as well as building and successfully exiting her own accounting and tax practice before moving full-time into national grants advisory leadership.

She currently leads a national grants advisory practice supporting businesses, not-for-profits and community organisations across Australia and New Zealand, securing funding valued in the millions. Vanessa brings deep expertise in governance and compliance, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving, with a strong track record of delivering transparent, accountable outcomes in complex regulatory environments.

A recognised industry leader and award finalist, Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Registered Tax Agent and is a member of CPA Australia and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is passionate about strengthening organisational resilience through well-governed, outcome-focused funding frameworks.
