Rohan has 16 years of overall experience in Advisory & Assurance Services in Big4 accounting firms, both in Australia and India and a track record of serving clients (including SEC registrants) across different industry sectors such as Energy (Oil & Gas - Upstream, Transmission, Downstream), Renewables, Property, Construction, Technology Media Telecom (TMT), Consumer & Retail and Industrial Manufacturing in multiple geographies. Rohan has led engagements ranging from accounting change, finance reporting and process advisory, and Capital markets projects (both Primary and Secondary offerings) to global audits and demonstrated ability to lead multi-locational and cross-cultural teams. Rohan is adept at building teams, training and mentoring team members and is a Chartered Accountant both from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and from India (ICAI).
