The Australian Chapter of ICAI Sydney is celebrating the International Women’s Day 2022 by organising a panel Discussion on the theme - `Break the Bias'. This event will focus on the challenges faced by female professionals and finding practical solutions to overcome and navigate their way through. The panel consists of high profile, accomplished women leaders from Australia and India.

Panel Discussion Speakers:

Rachel Grimes - Rachel is an experienced and dynamic financial services professional with over 30 years' experience at Challenger, Westpac, BT Financial Group and PwC. Rachel is the Past President of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). She has also served Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand as the State Chair of NSW in 2004 and as the President in 2011.

Akanksha Sharma - Akanksha is the Global Head ESG —Sustainability, Social Impact, Governance & Policy of Sterlite Technologies Limited. Akanksha has been recognised as 'Most Impactful ESG Leaders Globally'. Akanksha is a frequent speaker on ESG Investing, Tech, Data, Policy & Climate Action.

Stella Petrou Concha - Stella is the CEO of Reo Group and was listed as Australia's Top 10 Women Entrepreneurs in 2018. Stella is a seasoned recruiter and headhunter, specialising in C- Suite Executive Search. Stella has also authored a book titled Stone Heart, Light Heart.
